7:30 AM

Hit the Road from Memphis

Grab breakfast on Poplar or Union, load up the crew, and head east on I-40. The drive through West Tennessee is smooth and scenic — you'll forget you're leaving the city fast.

9:00 AM

Arrive at Outpost Outdoors

Pull up to Pickwick Lake and get checked in. We'll walk you through the Can-Am, answer your questions, and get you strapped in and ready to ride.

9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Rip Through the Trails

Miles of Tennessee backcountry — creek crossings, forest paths, open fields. This is the real Tennessee that Memphis never shows you. Bring your GoPro.

2:30 PM

Lunch at the Lake

You've earned it. Grab a cold drink and some West Tennessee BBQ at The Outpost or Rib Cage before the drive back.

5:30 PM

Back on Beale Street

Head west on US-64 back to Memphis. You'll be home before dark — but you'll feel like you lived a whole weekend in one day.

We're located near Pickwick Lake in Hardin County, Tennessee — just ~1.5 hrs from Memphis. The drive is easy and scenic through Tennessee countryside.

Head east on I-40 from Memphis toward Jackson

Take US-70 or US-72 east toward Corinth/Savannah direction

Head north on US-45 then east on US-64 toward Savannah, TN

Continue on US-64 to the Pickwick Dam area

Is it worth the drive from Memphis for a day trip?

Absolutely. There's no SXS rental experience like this anywhere near Memphis. 90 miles gets you to a completely different landscape — rolling hills, forest trails, and Pickwick Lake. Most Memphis visitors say it's the highlight of their trip.

Can we do this as a full day trip from Memphis?

Yes! Leave Memphis around 8 AM, arrive by 9:30, ride for 4–5 hours, grab lunch at a local spot, and head back. You'll be home by 6 PM with stories to tell.

Do I need experience to ride a Side-by-Side?

No experience needed. We walk every rider through the machine before you head out. If you can drive a car, you can handle one of our SXS rentals.
